Ora Cogan is a freelance photographer and writer with a background in communications and media. She has had work published in VICE, Teen Vogue, The Narwhal and The Tyee among other publications. In 2012 she directed a short film called No Tankers Territory - Conversations with Heiltsuk Women on Enbridge’s Northern Gateway Pipeline. 

Ora Cogan is also a recording artist and has toured throughout North America and Europe for over a decade. She is currently based on Vancouver Island.
